MEMBER SERVICES MANAGER
Nicole’s passion for caring for people led her to Kohanaiki. Born and raised in Kona, Nicole has spent the bulk of her working career in the field of early childhood education. A mother of three children, Nicole is also a full time student, pursuing a degree in management. She was impressed by the quality of care that Kohanaiki provides to its members and the community. In her free time, Nicole enjoys the beach with her keiki and attending their sporting events.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES MANAGER
Pereze oversees a program designed around simplicity of ownership and services that are essential to carefree home ownership. Prior to joining Kohanaiki, Pereze served as the rental and property manager at Hualālai Resort, managing the resort’s rental division of Hualālai Villas and Homes. Pereze previously managed various departments in the rooms division of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including hotels in Atlanta, Maui and Las Vegas. While living in San Francisco, he worked the opening of the Ritz Carlton Club and Residences, ultimately serving as Marketing Coordinator. Pereze received his Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia State University in Hospitality Administration. He formerly held real estate licenses in Georgia and California.
Miho was born, raised and educated in Tokyo, Japan. She graduated from college in New York with a hospitality degree and immediately put her skills and knowledge to work at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai concierge desk. She brings more than five years of Four Seasons experience to the Kohanaiki concierge team. A hula dancer, she enjoys learning about Hawai`i and its culture and after more than 10 years here, she considers Hawai`i home.
Ninamarie was born and raised on the Big Island in Hilo, where she frequently returns to spend time with family. Before joining the Kohanaiki ‘ohana, Ninamarie spent time living in Northern California as well as completing a year-long fellowship in Germany. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and minors in German and Ethnic Studies. You can often find her at the beach, reflecting and writing at cafes, or playing her music.
HALE CLUB MANAGERA member of the Professional Golfers Association of America since 2001, Neil has spent the bulk of his career in the golf industry. Prior to joining Kohanaiki, he worked at Mauna Kea Resort during the renovation of the course by Rees Jones. Born and raised on Hawai’i’s Big Island, Neil is involved in volunteer work in the community and has supported the golf industry by serving as both a Board Member and Executive Director of the Aloha Section PGA.
Born & raised on the Big Island, Steven is a graduate of Sonoma State University, where he majored in Biology with an emphasis on Marine Ecology. He joined Kohanaiki in 2007 as its Pond & Near-Shore Waters Manager, overseeing the restoration and maintenance of the 200+ anchialine pools and beach area along the coastline fronting Kohanaiki. Steven is currently involved in an Operations Manager-in-Training program at Kohanaiki, and continues to oversee the care and protection of Kohanaiki’s natural resources. In his time off, Steven spends time with his family, plays soccer, golf and enjoys a multitude of water sports.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR
Kane has spent the last 20 years in the hotel industry as a team leader at a variety of Five Diamond properties in the United States. He also created and sustained a property management business in Naples, FL. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Kane’s list of adventures include, an 18-day rafting expedition through the Grand Canyon, a Thru-Hike of the Appalachian Train, Ironman finisher, hiking and biking the length of New Zealand and circumnavigating Australia by motorcycle.
