Jeff has roots in Hawai’i dating back to the early 1900s, when his grandparents emigrated from Japan to the Manoa Valley on O’ahu. He has spent his entire professional life in the hospitality industry – working for notable brands such as Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Baccarat, and MGM Grand. For the past 15 years, Jeff has led the marketing and sales efforts in luxury master-planned communities around the world, from Puerto Rico to Shanghai.
As a young boy, Jeff could often be found in his uncle’s music store in Honolulu, which led to his obsession with music and collecting vinyl record albums. Today, he is a self-described sports junkie who loves a friendly game of golf whenever possible.
After 25 years in real estate, working on projects throughout North America, the South Pacific, and Asia, joining the team at Kohanaiki and returning to the Big Island of Hawai’i feels like a homecoming for Howard, as his son was born just up the road in Waimea, 14 years ago.
Howard is passionate about customer service and finding exactly the right home to fit each client’s personal lifestyle. In his leisure time, he enjoys standup paddling, reading, tennis, and golf.

Drawing on experience in sales leadership roles across Europe, Mexico, Canada, and the U.S., Erika has spent the last decade working specifically in Hawai’i on large real estate centric, master planned properties.
Real estate is part of her genetics, having grown up in a real estate development family in Vancouver, BC. Working with dynamic and complex projects coupled with energetic team-focused cultures is Erika’s passion, making Kohanaiki a perfect fit for her results oriented leadership.

PRINCIPAL BROKERThere are many who claim to be Hawai’i luxury property experts, but Nicole has the track record, island heritage, and unmatched experience to have earned the title. Licensed in 2002, Nicole holds the distinction of being among the top producing real estate agents for the Kohala Coast and statewide. Her extensive local knowledge and real estate acumen are extremely valuable assets in helping her clients achieve their own unique vision of the perfect island lifestyle. In her free time, you will find Nicole on the ocean with her family fishing, paddling or surfing.
SALES ASSISTANTRachael’s priority is to ensure clients have a smooth purchasing experience from start to finish, and she provides key assistance to the sales executives each step of the way. Rachael is a member of the Hawai’i Association of Realtors and West Hawai’i Association of Realtors. Past professional experience includes stints as a personal banker and as a manager with a national retail brand. In her leisure time, Rachael enjoys hiking and golfing.
