Cindy most recently worked with the Promontory Ranch Club in Park City, Utah where she completed more than $90 million in sales in 2018-2019. Cindy holds a real estate broker’s license in Texas, Utah, California, and Hawai`i and has sold high end luxury real estate for more than 22 years. Cindy traded in the mountains for island life!

Staci received recognition as being in the top .5% of all residential real estate professionals in the United States by Real Trends and Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals. Staci holds a real estate license in both Utah and Hawai`i, and has most recently joined Kohanaiki Realty as a Senior Sales Executive. Staci is looking forward to her new life on island!

Kawana’ao Kapule
Director of Membership
Kawana is a Big Island-born local girl who is in charge of making sure Members and Guests make the most of their time at Kohanaiki. She worked in aquaculture for over six years before joining the Kohanaiki Member Services team in 2019, and now joins the real estate team as the Director of Membership. Outside of work, you'll find her at the beach, camping, or at one of her many family events with her two keiki and husband.
Marty Keiter
Director of Member Experience
Marty Keiter has been a PGA member for 32 years, and played an integral role at esteemed golf clubs on Kaua‘i, Moloka‘i, and O‘ahu. Marty was at Maui’s Kapalua Resort for 22 years, where he was intimately involved in planning and building the Plantation Course, the golf academy, and played a key role in The Mercedes Championships. Marty is particularly proud of his work with junior golf programs in Hawai‘i throughout his career. When asked about his favorite thing at Kohanaiki, he says, “I get a lot of ‘wows’ on this course…a lot.”
