Before joining the Kohanaiki team, she built a reputation for exceptional service, deep market knowledge, and unmatched negotiation skills while working in Utah, California and Texas. Cindy holds a master’s degree in counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Edward’s University. Her dedication to delivering outstanding results has earned her the trust of clients in the high-end real estate market. In her free time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, boating, and traveling.
Dustin Marin, R(S)
Sales Executive
Dustin is a dedicated real estate professional known for his strong community ties and passion for connecting people to Hawaii. Prior to joining Kohanaiki, Dustin built lasting relationships with members and vendors at Nanea Golf Club, where he revitalized the wine program and increased profitability. His expertise in relationship building and customer satisfaction enables him to foster strong connections and drive success. Dustin is also a certified yoga instructor, surfer, golf enthusiast, and two-time LavaMan Triathlon participant.
Kawanaʻao Moser, R(S)
Director of Membership
Kawana is a Big Island-born local girl who is in charge of making sure Members and Guests make the most of their time at Kohanaiki. She worked in aquaculture for over six years before joining the Kohanaiki Member Services team in 2019, and now joins the real estate team as the Director of Membership. Outside of work, you'll find her at the beach, camping, or at one of her many family events with her two keiki and husband.
Marty Keiter
Director of Member Experience
Marty Keiter has been a PGA member for 32 years, and played an integral role at esteemed golf clubs on Kaua‘i, Moloka‘i, and O‘ahu. Marty was at Maui’s Kapalua Resort for 22 years, where he was intimately involved in planning and building the Plantation Course, the golf academy, and played a key role in The Mercedes Championships. Marty is particularly proud of his work with junior golf programs in Hawai‘i throughout his career. When asked about his favorite thing at Kohanaiki, he says, “I get a lot of ‘wows’ on this course…a lot.”
Samantha Tsui
Director of Marketing
Samantha is a dedicated lifelong learner, skilled leader, and effective communicator with over a decade of experience in integrated marketing communications. She holds a Master’s in Law from University of Southern California and a Master’s in Communications Management from Simmons University. Her expertise spans traditional marketing, advertising, public relations, and digital communications. She has a diverse background, having worked across industries such as construction and development, travel and tourism, hospitality, nonprofits, food and beverage, retail, attractions, luxury, tech, and fashion, giving her a broad foundation of insights to apply in any setting.
