The Hale Ka Hala Neighborhood Opens
As members return to our beloved island club, they will notice a major addition to the community. Near the sports complex and overlooking the 6th fairway of the golf course, the newly constructed Hale Ka Hala neighborhood features two-story townhomes with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
The first phase of the Hale Ka Hala neighborhood includes 24 townhomes designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living.
Each townhome features a gourmet kitchen with bar seating, top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a spacious great room and expansive sliding doors that open to a covered lanai. In addition, a detached Guest 'Ohana above the garage provides flexible space for family and friends.
Hale Ka Hala's offer four curated furniture packages, including collections from Coco Republic and Restoration Hardware. Thoughtfully designed and move-in ready, the homes are especially well suited to members seeking multigenerational living.
Members will be able to preview the Hale Ka Hala neighborhood during a Cocktail Class on October 12th. the Holiday Home Tour on November 25th and scheduled tours with the Sales team.
